As a Handyperson in our Star Residences Hotel, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties from minor repairs and renovations to general maintenance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence that our guests have come to expect. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A few of your responsibilities Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including minor repairs such as patching, painting, tiling, AV equipment support, and general building upkeep. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes, while strictly adhering to safety procedures and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the Property Operations team to proactively identify, prioritise, and resolve maintenance requirements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of all work completed. Assist with the planning and delivery of maintenance activities and small-scale projects as required.
